On reaching me by e-mail

Due to the excessive number of e-mail messages I receive daily, I follow a strict policy:

1. Mail that has been cc-ed to me is automatically moved to a separate mailbox, often remaining there unread.
2. When the main body of a message is in any other format than plain text, it will not be read (in fact, my mail client cannot process such messages).
3. Mail with only attachments, or having attachments containing information that could have easily been put into the body, is deleted.

Please help me in efficiently processing e-mail by keeping your mail brief and to-the-point.
